ProxyOmega provides proxy services including but not limited to residential proxies, IPv6 proxies, ISP proxies, and mobile proxies. Our services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old.

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available.

3. User Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use.

4. Purchases and Payment

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including payment information.

We accept payments via credit cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrencies. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

Subscription services are subject to automatic renewal unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

• Fraudulent Activity: Identity theft, impersonation, credit card fraud, or any deceptive practices

• Automated Manipulation: Creating fake accounts, bot activity for social media manipulation, or artificial engagement
• Malicious Scraping: Data extraction that violates robots.txt, overwhelms servers, or causes harm
• Spam and Phishing: Sending unsolicited bulk messages, phishing attempts, or malware distribution
• Illegal Activities: Any activity that violates international, federal, state, or local laws
• Harmful Conduct: Harassment, abuse, hate speech, or discrimination
• Network Abuse: Port scanning, DDoS attacks, or any activity intended to disrupt services

Enforcement

We actively monitor usage patterns and reserve the right to:

• Immediately suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities
• Refuse refunds for accounts terminated due to policy violations
• Report illegal activities to appropriate law enforcement authorities
• Cooperate with legal investigations and provide user information when legally required

By using our services, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms of service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
